2025 Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day Celebration

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day (WTCQD) was founded in 1999 by Bill and Angela Wong Douglas in Kansas City to promote the health benefits and cultural richness of Tai Chi and Qigong. Celebrated annually on the last Saturday of April, the event has grown into a global movement spanning over 80 nations. At 10:00 a.m. local time, people worldwide practice together, creating a wave of healing energy across time zones. WTCQD raises awareness, fosters peace, and builds community through free, inclusive gatherings—uniting diverse cultures in a shared commitment to wellness and inner harmony.
