Wild Goose Qi Gong

Wild Goose QiGong is well know for lively and graceful movements, which are suggestive of the image of an innocent and carefree wild goose. As a “movement -oriented” Qigong, Wild Goose fully includes Tai Chi and Yoga like movements and posture to naturally open up our twelve meridians, and induce circulation (also know as inducing the micro-cosmic orbit) within our conception and governing vessels.

Practicing Wild Goose Qiong can:

 1.Improve blood circulation.

2. Develop breathing and  movement coordination.

3. Increase body and mind flexibility.

4.Cultivate awareness of Qi in and around our bodies
