  Spinal Wave Qi Gong

Spinal Wave Qi Gong is a set of exercises that concentrates on the constructive  wave movement of the spinal vertebrae.

The basic steps in this exercise consists of  four movements:

1. Front / Back spinal vertebrae wave movement

2. Left/Right spinal vertebrae wave movement

3. Right Spring Turning spinal vertebrae Movement

4. Light Spring Turning spinal vertebrae Movement
