New beginner Tai Chi Class for 2017

Yang Family Style 8 Form Tai Chi Quan (Office Tai Chi)

Yang family style T'ai Chi has a history of being associated with longevity. It has been noted that Yang family style T'ai Chi practitioners live 30% longer years than non-practitioners.

The movements are slow, gentle, and attractive; reminding one of running water.  For those desiring to learn T'ai Chi for the first time, "8 forms" is a great way to start.

This class will explore the health benefits and skills of practicing T'ai Chi: such as breathing and meditation.
